We often believe we know someone before we truly understand them. These process of labeling imposes a film of ignorance over our relationships.
Unlabeled believes that labels are for products, not people.
As a former Wall Street drone, I wore a tailored suit, cobbled shoes, and a branded wristwatch. At times, I even parted my hair (gasp).
I lived the label.
Then I realized something: I was unfulfilled and uninspired.
So I made a change.
Throughout my big career pivot, I met people who didn't think I could do it. They didn't believe a numbers guy could be creative.
Fortunately, I didn't listen.
I simply realized the world is full of labels. Until it's not.
